Keep Your Cool
The thing is, we all get mad sometimes. There’s no point in denying it. But some of us are better at controlling it than others. This course looks at the importance of patience – what it consists of and why it’s important. It’s also a good chance to look at our reactions and learn ways to you know… just breathe. We will also look at the different ways we can keep cool once the pressure hits us.
This course will cover:
- How to self-reflect on your own reactions and emotional habits
- What to do when stressful situations arise
