Let’s face it – meetings can be a drag. No matter where you work, we’re guessing you’ve been in some bad ones. Workers estimate a quarter of all time spent in meetings is wasted, and with the average office worker spending 16 hours each week in meetings, that’s a lot of time spent staring at the door. Unfortunately, too many meetings, whether virtual or in-person, waste your time and ruin your productivity for the day. For that reason, we now dread meetings, since most of us would rather be, you know, working. So, this course aims to change how we run our meetings.
