Accommodations for Employees with Mental Health Disabilities (US)
Mental health disabilities are not uncommon, but they can be more difficult to recognize than a physical disability, which is often more obvious in nature. As with other types of disabilities, employees with mental health disabilities are legally entitled to reasonable accommodations that help them perform their job to the best of their abilities.
This course is designed to teach the importance of accommodating employees with mental health disabilities, including ideas for reasonable accommodations that can – and legally must – be made in the workplace.
