Anti-Bribery and Corruption (UK)
Bribery and corruption can happen in any industry and in any company. Bribery is illegal and damaging to an organisation’s reputation. Corruption is perhaps the single greatest obstacle to economic and social development. Many countries have gone to great lengths to outlaw and combat corruption in many forms. In the UK, this takes the form of the Bribery Act 2010. It’s some of the toughest anti-bribery legislation there is. It’s designed to combat financial crime and has major implications for both companies and individuals. This course raises awareness about bribery and will help employees understand their responsibilities under the Act.
