Directors must be aware of their organisation’s activities and the legal environment in which they operate. Breaching your duties as a director, means you can be personally fined, banned from being a director or even face criminal charges. This Directors’ Duties course aims to educate directors on their responsibilities and the consequences when they breach a duty. It explores liability and potential civil and criminal penalties for breaching directors’ duties.
