Innovation Testing

Innovation is all about coming up new and improved ideas, products and processes. Making things that are new is one thing. How can you be sure they’re going to be improved? How can you even be sure they’re going to work at all? That’s where testing comes in. This course looks at the testing stage of innovation, specifically pilot versions, and alpha and beta tests. It’ll examine what each stage of testing is, the importance of testing, and how best to carry it out.
