A virtual meeting is when individuals in various locations connect at the same time using technology to accomplish a shared goal. We’ve all been in a virtual meeting that hasn’t run so smoothly – poor connection, people talking over each other, system not working. And although a virtual meeting has similarities to a face-to-face meeting, they come with their own challenges.
