Inclusive Behaviors – Intentional Inclusion

Intentional inclusion refers to a deliberate action that shows underrepresented groups that you truly values their input, perspectives, and roles, without tokenizing them.

In this course, employees will learn how they can be intent in their actions to ensure everyone feels safe and included at work. They’ll also be able to reflect on themselves and what intentional inclusion means to them, while engaging in activities they can do at work to practice inclusion.
