CX: Professional Services
Some products and services are more complicated than others. It’s not enough to just sell what you offer to your customer; you’ve got to make sure they can use it. That can mean setting it up, delivering it, and training people on how it works. Ideally, your organization will have a department to do that, and it’ll be called something along the lines of Professional Services. This course will explore what Professional Services is, why it’s important, what they do, and how to do it well.
