Microsoft Teams Shifts (2024)
In this course, you will learn how to use Microsoft’s schedule management tool, Teams Shifts. You’ll see how to navigate the interface, create schedules, and set up and manage groups. You’ll learn how to create and assign shifts and how to change views to see overall coverage for your team.
