Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) – Case Study: Leadership and Diversity
The course will illustrate how employees at three different levels of decision-making can contribute to a comprehensive diversity strategy to create a more inclusive workplace environment. It will explore the holistic process of cultivating an inclusive and empowering culture through multiple perspectives. The course will cover processes such as setting diversity goals, enhancing recruitment practices, updating inclusivity training, developing pathways for underrepresented talent, and conducting regular assessments to ensure diversity strategies remain aligned with ESG goals and principles.
ESG is the new framework for companies to assess their sustainability, reputation, and long-term success, helping them to set an example for positive environmental and social impact.
