Celebrating Excellence: Your 2023 Lenny Awards Winners

The 2023 Lenny Awards have come to a close and while we are bummed to see it come and go so quickly, we are beyond excited to celebrate our 2023 winners!

This year, we had an astounding 67 nominations across 8 categories. We want to thank all our customers who took time out of their busy schedules to enter the awards and share their Litmos story with us. I may be biased, but I believe we have the best customers in the training industry!

This week we hosted the 2023 Lenny Awards Customer Showcase where our winners had the opportunity to present to their Litmos success stories. We want to share those successes with you. So, without further ado, your 2023 Lenny Award winners are… drumroll please…

Passages Israel
“A year and a half ago, student training was a struggle for Passages, but since switching to Litmos, we’re seeing real-world impact in over a thousand students.

Now we’re able to customize over 60 courses for specialized trips so that students have an individualized experience. And it’s working! The support emails have decreased by half this year with the new intuitive courses. Plus, quiz scores have gone up, showing vastly improved knowledge retention. Celigo

The Privacy and Security training helped Headspace achieve HITRUST certification and SOC 2 compliance. They have also seen a 50% increase in notifications related to phishing emails, and SMSishing alerts, and have drastically increased engagement on their internal security Slack channel.
