Jen is a seasoned edtech leader specializing in producing solutions that help people acquire the skills they need to succeed at work in efficient and effective ways. From educational publishing to corporate learning, Jen has led large, diverse, cross-functional teams for more than 20 years, most recently as SVP Learning Product at SAI360. In this capacity, Jen owned multi-million-dollar P&L and product roadmap for global ethics and compliance SaaS platform, delivering award-winning learning to F500 clients’ diverse populations, and positively impacting both revenue growth and client retention. She served on the executive leadership team, contributing to a successful secondary buyout transaction. Jen is a learner and a maximizer—earning her doctorate while working full time developing and implementing change management strategies for her product and her global, remote teams.  Jen has an amazing work background, but also an equally amazing academia background with 2 master degrees and her Phd in Education, Leadership and Learning in Organizations. Currently, Jen manages household change following a move from NYC to upstate NY during the pandemic. She’s traded her fire escape garden for the real deal, and enjoys longer dog walks and shorter yoga classes.
