The Travel Counsellors deliver world-class content using Litmos LMS

Travel Counsellors are a global travel franchise business headquartered in Manchester, England, with operations in seven countries around the world. The company specializes in bespoke holidays and business travel, and has more than 1,800 travel agents globally, running their own home-based franchises.

They chose the Litmos LMS because it enabled them to personalize training to individual learners looking to build their franchise businesses, develop their product knowledge, and improve their sales skills.

They now use the LMS to deploy their global employee and franchise training, enabling them to produce high-quality, world-class training. As a result of the new training program, they’ve increased sales and productivity by 18 percent.
