Inclusive Behaviors – Accessibility (Neurodiversity)
Just as no two people have the same fingerprints, no two people have identical brains. Neurodiversity is the term used to recognise that everyone’s brain develops in a unique way giving us all a distinctive set of abilities and strengths.
In this course, your employees will learn more about neurodiversity, how to create accessible work environments, reflect on themselves and what they can do to be more inclusive so everyone can fully participate and feel accepted.
