Inclusive Behaviors – Active Listening
To create a healthy environment at work, the first priority is to make everyone heard. Active listening is about listening and responding to another person that improves mutual understanding. It’s about committing all of your attention to the speaker and using empathy to fully understand what’s being said.
In this course, employees will learn why active listening is so hard but crucial for inclusivity. They’ll practice ways to respond to show they’re actively listening, as well as reflecting on themselves and their active listening skills. There are also fun activities they can do to help improve active listening at work.
