Inclusive Behaviors – Avoiding Microaggressions

Microaggressions are actions that negatively target a marginalized person or group. They can be easily missed but to victims of them, they cut dip.

In this course, your employees will be able to dip in and out of four learnings. They’ll learn about microaggressions through a podcast, as well as be able to respond if they say or hear one. Each employee can reflect on their own experiences with microaggressions, while walking away with inclusive activities to put into action at work.
