Being an Inclusive Leader
There are few things employees need more than feeling valued by leaders. For individuals from marginalized or underrepresented groups, the inclusive actions of leaders are particularly important. This course looks at what it means – and what it takes – to be an inclusive leader. It covers topics such as using inclusive language, leveraging different thinking styles, and how to get meaningful employee feedback. Leaders don’t need to have all the answers, they just need a willingness to learn.
