Culture Series – Standing Up
A positive workplace culture relies on everyone acting with integrity and respect and treating each other with dignity. This means standing up for fellow colleagues when they’re being treated unfairly or standing up to those being disrespectful. This course follows a workplace scenario where the learner’s choices about standing up determine the outcome. This microlearning course is part of the Culture Series, aimed at building compliant workpalce cultures through everyday behavior change.
