Employment Law for Managers – National Employment Standards (AU)
The National Employment Standards (NES) in the Fair Work Act provide employees with minimum entitlements. It’s necessary for managers to understand these entitlements so that they can ensure the standards are implemented in all dealings with employees. This course will provide the basic principles of the NES.
