Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) – Case Study: Supply Chain Transparency
The course will illustrate how employees, at three different levels of decision-making, can identify and remedy issues with supply chain transparency. It will explore the holistic process of cultivating an inclusive and empowering culture through multiple perspectives. The course will cover processes such as setting diversity goals, enhancing recruitment practices, updating inclusivity training, developing pathways for underrepresented talent, and conducting regular assessments to ensure diversity strategies remain aligned with ESG goals and principles.
