Introduction to Business Continuity Management
No matter the industry, size or brand of your organization there are threats that can impede your ability to do business as usual. Whether natural disasters such as floods or earthquake, a hazard caused by humans, like data hacking or other unexpected disruption, like a pandemic, business continuity management is about ensuring that your organization survives and continues critical business functions while addressing the disruption.
This course is for employees in roles that involve business continuity, compliance and risk management, information security, supply chain and procurement, auditing, corporate social responsibility and regulatory responsibilities. It introduces business continuity concepts and tenets, and outlines the requirements to meet ISO 23301 – a global standard for business continuity management systems.
