We’ve all got to face stress. It can flare up from a number of different aspects of our lives. Whether at home or at work, stress can often be found lurking round any corner. And if we aren’t mindful, stress can build up and effect both our emotional and physical health.
In this course we want to show you it is normal to feel stressed, We will provide you with knowledge and skills to stay alert to the signs and causes of stress, and provide advice on how to practice mental and physical self-care. This way you can keep stress at bay, and live a happy, healthy, and successful life.
