Patients, Payer-Specific UB Data Elements
This course identifies the UB data elements that are unique by patient and/or payer type. This course continues the instruction presented in course BFR81001, BFR81002, BFR81003 and BFR814004.
- Identify and select specific reference material from the UB manual.
- Cite the source and/or methodology for completing Value Codes 82 and 83 in FLs 39-41 a-d, form locators 63 A-C, 64 A-C and 80.
- Distinguish possible remedies to incorrect or missing form locator data.
