Psychosocial Risk Awareness (UK)
Stress, anxiety, and depression are estimated to account for half of all workplace absences and cost the economy tens of billions of pounds every year. Employee health is not just about physical well-being, but their psychological health too. This course helps employees identify hazards that may give rise to psychosocial risks and describes how to implement controls to eliminate or minimize them. It helps employees recognize stress in their lives and provides guidelines on how to deal with it, including reporting psychosocial hazards and where to go for more information.
